Returns

Return Cost

Customer will be responsible for return shipping plus 20% restocking on engagement rings and wedding bands.

15 Days to Return

We will gladly accept any return within 15 days of receiving your order. Engraving products and personalized name products are non-refundable due to customized nature of the product. Our Bridal Collection including engagement rings and wedding bands are made to order therefore does not qualify for returns. We will gladly exchange it for another ring, but customer will be responsible for return shipping and shipping fee of the new ring plus a 20% of restocking and production fee.

Returns and Exchanges

If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept any return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your product. All return will require a pre-authorization return code. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product to schedule a return or exchange. All return or exchange item must be new and unworn with original tags and packaging. All promotional item must included in the return, if not we will subtract the retail value of the promotion product from your final return price. We will subtract the original shipping cost if free shipping was used during original purchase. Even though you didn’t pay for shipping originally we had to paid for shipping to get the product to you. In the event of an exchange you will be responsible for the shipping cost of the new product. All engraving product, personalized names products are non-returnable and non-refundable due to customization nature of the products. Engagement rings and wedding bands are also non-refundable due to all rings are made to order. All flash sale and clearance items are final and does not qualify for return or exchange. We will gladly refund or exchange in the event that it’s our fault.
